Company is always looking at new was of representing data and reporting. Based on the force.com platform means you can leverage standard salesforce features across the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Forecasting, ease of project management. Holistic view of the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support could be improved. Process on requesting product enhancements could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start small and grow, the PSA platform covers many areas and implementing all of these into the organization will take time.
