The fact its built on Salesforce unlocks not only their own enhancements but Salesforces as well

Customisability

What do you dislike most about this product?

That we tried to hard during implementation to allign with ways of working currently, rather than looking to adapt to the tool and find a perfect middle ground

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get to know the base offering of the tool, there is an awful lot there out the box that customisation might not be that necessary
