What differentiates CallRail from other similar products?

Modern, easy to use interface. The simplicity of setting up accounts is appreciated. I can have an account up and running in under 60 seconds!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Both the speed and ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to Whitelabel the reporting portal area, so clients see and feel like they're still on my company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're providing digital marketing services, or just wish to track how effective a marketing campaign converts, then this tool is essential!

Affordable call tracking and easy to use

What differentiates CallRail from other similar products?

It was easy to setup and integrate, the dashboard was intuitive and the analytics were easy to find. The integration was super simple, compared to other popular services that were nearly impossible to setup unless we had a developer internally on staff. The tech support was willing to work with me until I had the tracking setup correctly and was responsive to my questions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of setup is my favorite aspect of this product. It was easy to understand how it worked so the implementation made sense.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had some tracking challenges that were difficult to navigate. Part of the problem was on the side of the client, but when it was not possible to track something, the blame went back onto callrail and it was hard to prove that it was the client's issue and not theirs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to setup tracking corerctly and test it from the start.
