Good platform for call tracking

What differentiates CallRail from other similar products?

Unlike others, this platform has great functionality for routing and organizing call quality. We can also manage the number of clients and the general costs of the agency. We can offer to directly manage or create customer-owned accounts. Much simpler than our previous platform that only allowed us to have access and did not have the ability to give access to customers. Another plus point is that calls can be forwarded and managed so easily, calls are recorded so that we are not stressed by finding a pencil and paper when we are on the go or keeping track of notes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ease of setting up and listening to our calls, being able to transfer and split calls to different offices, which is great. The call is accurate and it is very easy to filter and extract reports directly. You can also use your numbers for offline campaigns, such as having a number for a brochure or billboard to track your performance. Go as far as you are willing to take it. Thanks to this tool, I can provide clients with detailed call reports where they can rate potential clients. It has many features and can take on a large part of the operational workload.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it difficult to use sometimes, especially when trying to generate reports. I had to call support several times to find out how to do something or find a function.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

CallRail is one of the easiest to use call tracking systems on the market. It can be implemented very quickly with a simple line of code or through a plugin in WordPress.

The app was wonky so I gave up on checking it on the go.

Take the time to ask every question up front, because they will answer it and you'll learn a lot.
