What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?

Features like ringing the attendee of a meeting and giving the ability to indicate that they will be a few minutes late are unique to the product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and ability to screen share and record a meeting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the audio when using Bluetooth headphones can be buggy and requires you to rejoin the meeting

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the cost as the biggest deciding factor because the main features of a video conferencing tool is there

What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?

Customer support is robust, proactive and better than most of the industry peers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple and clean interface. All essential functions and icons are easily accessible on the dashboard itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not as widely used as zoom and primarily by AWS support teams. You need some time to get used to the new interface. Also, it is missing the full-screen functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can do a quick feature check for various products available in the market and decide. If you don't have any special or very specific requirement, I can recommend Chime which has all the basic features and works in majority of cases. Also, product support is proactive and better than most of the industry peers.
