What differentiates Agile CRM from other similar products?

Wed chose to use Agile CRM for its amazing customer service and value. They offer greater value compared to other CRM we have used before. It is quite powerful and easy to use. The price is right and the system does all we require it to. It is a User-friendly CRM with lots of automation features and an amazing framework.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the best CRM i have used so far. Our sales team can close more deals by interacting with contacts and keeps engaging them often. I love that the price is reasonable and that it is a comprehensive system. It integrates with many other programs and i specifically love the integration with IMAP. Agile CRM has great customer service that walked me through the problem i was facing and guided me with instructions links n how to solve it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More details to be added to the tutorial videos to help new users understand more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using Agile CRM for its ease of use and the many integrations it offers that connect effortlessly without lag. The customer service is quite responsive and car about ll their clients.
