What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

For me, what makes ADP so great is the ability to manage all of my HR tasks and needs in one place. In ADP I request time off, manage my paystub, and can find employee updates such as holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. It is a great combination of necessary and informative - All the information I need lives in one place, which is ADP.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the company updates and announcements. I regularly check the ADP portal to see what is coming up at the company that I may be unaware of. I also really like the "helpful links" which are quick links to things that are relevant and helpful for me in my role! It makes it seamless to find anything I might need!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike about the product is I have 2 separate logins for different segments of the product. I sometimes find it difficult to remember where to find PTO requests vs Paystubs and other things like that. I wish everything lived under one single platform rather than 2 logins.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend exploring the platform right when you get access! There are so many great features that I continue to find within ADP that I wouldn't find unless I poked around. Definitely explore what you have access to! There's lots to utilize in product!

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

ADP Workforce Now's integration of ATS, Onboarding, and Payroll is seamless and is its main strength. ADP Workforce Now is not as well suited for custom integrations with other systems, we had some difficulties integrating our LMS and outside expense systems. It is well suited for companies that want an easy to use off the shelf experience. Our workforce size varied seasonally due to our customers demands, with our high rate of turn over we were constantly adding and removing employees. In regards to the functionality of adding and removing employees it functioned well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We used ADP Workforce Now for our Employee onboarding, as well as our payroll processing, tax processing and garnishment. It is well suited for companies that want an easy to use off the shelf experience. Since our workforce size varied seasonally due to our customers demands, we were constantly adding and removing employees. ADP Workforce Now's integration of ATS , onboarding and Payroll is seamless and is it's main strength. ADP Workforce Now is not as well suited for custom integrations with other systems, we had some difficulties integrating our LMS and outside expense systems.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

Integration of Benefits and Payroll and Timecards and EE mgt. A nice 360 solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The EE self-services aspect helps our HR team from fielding questions that EEs can get to themselves.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not thrilled with the benefits portion (401k specifically) it seems old and underdeveloped

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For benefits specifically look outside to provide better value to your EE base.
