ADP is easy to use for the onboarding process

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
There are many useful tools for administrators in ADP Workforce Now. A notable resource is the Bridge. The Bridge has been an invaluable resource in answering almost all of my questions. Workforce Now is perfect for someone like me who prefers to try to solve problems alone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some tricky parts regarding user permissions and reporting. Customer service is there to help, but it is not always reliable because you have to contact. The lack of a conversation option severely limits its usefulness.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Workforce Now, we can consolidate all of our systems and logins in one convenient location. There is everything we need in this simple setup. Partners can integrate other systems through the marketplace.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Is the fact that it has self-service options and an automated software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the overall design and clean interface. It does have a SaaS mobile app feature available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The poor customer service include long wait times. It's not optimal for small businesses and startups and the tools are difficult to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like how it is optimal for growing the business and large companies. I love the integration with other apps the software provides.
