What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
As someone who doesn't love to read through pages of FAQ to solve an issue, I have to praise ActiveCampaign tech support. It is outstanding, helpful, caring, clear, available. Honestly, trusting that I will have support no matter what makes me feel the most comfortable about using this product. It's also very intuitive and it doesn't require a tech savvy person to use the most important features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is the intuitiveness and, hands down, the tech support. It can be so frustrating with other products, when you can't contact a human being to ask your questions. In a world where everything is automated and AI is everywhere, it's refreshing to know that with AC, I will have a human being supporting me and not only solving my issues, but teaching me how to solve them myself, thus saving me time and heartache in the long run.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometime it can take time to update some changes. It's not long, maybe a few seconds, but nowadays, when one is used to instant feedback, it can be confusing and lead to errors when you don't know if a change was made or not.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a coach and work alone or with a small time, this is a great choice. Just go for it! There are many other options, but most colleagues I know who use AC are very happy with it.
