What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the email automation feature, which allows you to create workflows and sequences that trigger based on various conditions and actions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The thing I dislike most about this product is the contact volume pricing, which can be very expensive if you have a large number of contacts. For example, if you have 100,000 contacts on the Lite plan, you will pay $505 / £500 / AUD$750 per month1. This can be a deterrent for some businesses that want to scale their email marketing without breaking the bank.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign has changed my life ever since I bought it. Even though I’ve used a lot of automated email marketing tools, none of them have made segmenting a user’s journey based on how they interact with the campaign as simple as ActiveCampaign has. Furthermore, I think that It ability to link with other well-known email marketing systems is a major selling feature. It gives me the option to combine my current platform with it rather than forcing me to cancel it or get rid of it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a fantastic platform for integration and works well with various digital and software solutions. I adore how straightforward the user interface and execution are, making it the ideal choice in comparison to some well-known, established brands in the sector. I like that I can link to and post to my social networks in addition to email automation. Dashboard analysis offers precise and perceptive data-driven insights that assist businesses in making the best future estimates. I adore how I can conduct different advertising campaigns and social media posts without a lot of manual effort. It can provide marketing automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The features have some glitches. I am unable to conduct a more in-depth examination of my email marketing efforts because reporting is still extremely rudimentary. It can be time-consuming to browse through the dozens of tags I use because I can’t adequately search for them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The platform is simple to use and has several features I typically can’t find elsewhere. I adore the straight interaction with webhooks and site tracking. I can connect it to the various tools I use because of this.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
The drag and drop feature when creating email campaigns was the selling point for us. It's made things stupid simple and anyone in our organization is capable of creating campaigns easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Like I said before, the drag and drop campaign builder is fantastic. It also integrates in our website seamlessly and has made moving deals through our pipeline efficient and easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The website builder. It's pretty bad and simple. Ok if you maybe want to create a landing page, but beyond that I wouldn't use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Really think about the capabilities of your team. If you want something anyone can pick up really quickly, this is your product. If you need to segment easily, this is your product. If you want to move deals through a pipeline easily, again this is your product. If you're looking for super fancy, can do everything from CRM to Website building, keep looking. But this is a great tool for it's price point.
