Incumbent Status Has Created Complacency
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ZoomInfo SalesOS from other similar products?
They have done a great job with product innovation and expanding into different product verticals in effort of making an "all-in-one" product experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I personally enjoy the intelligence platform above all else and think they've done some solid work with intent signaling
What do you dislike most about this product?
I personally think Chorus is an overrated product and not worth the cost...we have had overall reliability issues and end-user utilization with ZoomInfo in general and have decided not to renew our contract with them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are plenty of other options out there that you can assemble without having to "fallback" on ZoomInfo because of their incumbent status. I would think about platforms like Slintel and even 6Sense if you're using an ABM strategy
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
Cons
- Less Respectful
- Less Effective Service
- Leverages Incumbent Status
