What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
To date, I have found Zoho Social to be the most effective social media scheduling tool I have utilized. Putting up content on Instagram is possible. It has streamlined reporting for my customers and specializes in managing my brands. Such a bargain! The bundle may be tailored to my specific news and scaled down as necessary. The app and minimalistic layout are both highly functional. But what I like best is that they are always striving to make it even better, and I've seen firsthand the changes they've done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Zoho Social, you can easily manage all of your profiles in one convenient location. As a Digital Marketer, I've experimented with every available platform, including the 'big brands' that charge more and have less features. Comparatively, competing platforms' user interfaces feel antiquated and cumbersome, but I really like Zoho Social's sleek design and intuitive navigation. The capabilities of Zoho Social surpass my expectations. It's also the only social media management platform I've seen that gives me access to Google My Business, which I consider to be a foundational channel.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The restrictions on the free plan are annoying. I have utilized the free version of this service to promote my company by disseminating flyers and other promotional materials online. With the free plan, there is no dashboard where you can view your posts after they have been published. There is no analytics tool available for usage on the free plan. Prices are rather pricey considering the available options. As compared to its rivals, which often provide various brands and more channels, the regular plan's lone brand restriction is a major drawback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Social's scheduling, writing, approval, and publishing procedures are particularly useful in a team setting where input from various stakeholders is required before a decision can be made, and these tools and capabilities are accessible via the mobile and online apps. Having the option to associate users with certain brands is also helpful for implementing granular control over access and permissions.
