What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM is an excellent alternative for customer relationship management in any company, in our case Zoho CRM represents an excellent solution when it comes to properly track our clientele, keeping us close to them and knowing what they need and thus being able to promote our products and services in a much more effective way, also improving customer retention which is extremely beneficial for our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sales reports through Zoho CRM give us an excellent perspective of how things are performing at the sales level, allowing greater control and supporting the accounting structure. Customer relations have been improved since using Zoho CRM, with all its functions and alternatives it provides a lot of security in its use. Our teams are much more organized since Zoho CRM came to our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In terms of operation is excellent, but we think that its interface could be improved and be a little more modern for these times, however, does not affect its usability is purely an aesthetic issue. We would like it to be possible to upload files in bulk at times, it would help us save a lot of time and money if so. It requires much more extensive integrations than it already has, this in order to enrich the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM is perfect for small and medium-sized companies that are adapting to the customer relationship management system and need an economical and functional tool, which does not give a lot of problems. Zoho works excellently and is a very useful tool for all companies, its functions are explained with simplicity and it fulfills each of the features offered in its packages at an excellent cost.

Pricing, support, and the usability of the ZOHO software helped us to utilize the team's capability even during those difficult times, and we are still using that software even though we are working from the office right now because we discovered that using those tools helps us to deliver better results by reducing a lot of manual work in tracking and communications.

Pricing, support, and the usability of the ZOHO software helped us to utilize the team's capability even during those difficult times, and we are still using that software even though we are working from the office right now because we discovered that using those tools helps us to deliver better results by reducing a lot of manual work in tracking and communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should provide one demo plan or starter plan that anyone can try and use for free for a few days, and only if they find it useful or suited to their company's needs should they be willing to pay for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To utilize ZOHO, don't seek reviews or suggestions. I made the same mistake and wasted nearly two months trying to make a decision and obtain approval from my hierarchy. Simply use it, and I am confident you will be surprised by the depth of the ZOHO products.
