What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

This is the simplest and most convenient technique to manage the workload. The best way to attach a file is really simple. And quick, time-saving, and easy choices that even a novice can use. and simple access. It is simple to manage documents and we may add numerous accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most significantly, I don't like that the only person who can make changes is the super admin, which may be really annoying at times.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The integration of phone calls and email through the app is complex, it is a complicated software to learn how to use. It took our team quite a while to master this. There are key applications we use that cannot be integrated with Zoho.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Link multiple rules into a single workflow. From sending emails to customers and following up on leads, to updating required fields, there are several things you need to do every day. Workflow rules help you complete these tasks by automatically triggering such actions when specific conditions are met. Set up to ten conditions for a single rule and increase the efficiency of a single workflow tenfold. It is elementary to execute the right actions at key stages of your sales process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Optimize your lead nurturing process and get the most out of every lead you onboard. Trigger instant actions, stay informed about activities and track them more completely with workflows. Track key performance indicators, including future forecasts and current trends.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Better integration with Zoho Finance Suite. Lots of small issues here and I feel they have room for lots of improvements. Have to edit the record to regenerate the formula. Example: age field will not update automatically unless you edit and save the record. The module is not customizable through yourself, need customer support. Pricing and login that always requires a cell phone number are inconvenient and sometimes support is delayed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Provides you with advanced deal and prospect forecasting so you can identify those who are likely to convert and ultimately close more deals. Every time your team follows up on a lead or updates a pitch, a lot of manual work is required. Learn how to get these tasks done faster using workflows.
