What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
It has helped us to improve customer service, as it allows all messages to reach the same destination, which is the platform. The agents have been very receptive to the platform, as it is very intuitive and easy to use. Customers have felt better attended to, which increases our sales.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It integrated seamlessly with email, WhatsApp, SMS, telephony and social media. Call routing is very useful and its real-time chats, allows us to be attentive to customer demands. It perfectly supports the large database we have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The recordings are not working very well, the call recordings do not have good audio and the call text recordings do not capture all the information. It is a very intuitive software, but it is not easy to install and their technical service department did not provide enough help and we had to solve the situation on our own.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has increased the flow of customers that are served daily and the responsiveness of the agents has also increased. This software allowed us to provide better service, become a better company and increase the performance of technicians and agents.

My favorite aspect of Zendesk Sell is that it allows me to always be connected from anywhere, I love that I can integrate it with the tools I already use making my work easier and more enriching, it is a service that offers me immediate results, I like the option to create Lists of potential clients, identify the right professionals, I love that it guarantees an always complete and up-to-date data service in addition to its absolute security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zendesk Sell is a software that enhances my productivity and the relationship with my clients, it is a tool that adapts to my needs by offering just what I need, it is a flexible and intuitive program, since I have used it it has worked perfectly for me and I have no displeasure , I think you are heading in the right direction.
