What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?

We use Zendesk Sell in some areas of our organization to manage prospects and leads, especially students who may be interested in attending our university. Zendesk Sell is designed to help companies like our university achieve the overall goal of customer relationship management. Zendesk Sell is highly scalable and customizable, allowing us to gain actionable customer insights through our back-end analytics engine, uncover business opportunities through predictive analytics, optimize operations, and leverage known student histories and past interactions with our university's personalized customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This CRM has almost everything we need, but lacks some features. The Base functionality, the ability to send emails within Base, track emails, leave notes, schedule appointments, import and export are essential features that are easy to learn, use and teach to new salespeople. I have previously employed products such as Pipe Drive and HubSpot CRM, and Base has been my favorite so far.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was an easier way to add photos to your contacts. If you have any social media feeds, you can collect photos, but I found the process cumbersome. I would like the ability to tag people in quotes. When collaborating with another salesperson, it would be great to be able to tag them in a deal to get their attention or remind them of a task without using our external team communication platform. One problem with Base is that they haven't improved it much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zendesk is best for organizations that need a clean, simple but powerful CRM tool. It's intuitive, extremely easy to use, offers tons of video tutorials and access to FAQs from the California team, and has all the features of other more complex and expensive CRMs. Ideal for agencies that need to tailor their database to their needs and track sales, assignments and ongoing projects in graphical form. It is affordable and has an excellent phone app for real-time access to contacts, notes, tasks and a functional on-the-go platform. Teaching new users how to navigate and use is easy.

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?

Verify the metrics and quantities of various sales team members for various occasions and circumstances. Makes it simple to quickly sort through customer lists to identify relevant people under various categories. Allows others to quickly catch up on what has transpired in client interactions by reading through the emails sent before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For archiving all of your interactions, email integration is nice. It handled the import well and cooperated nicely with our sales representatives. Zendesk Sell expands the zendesk platform for businesses and provides new marketing options. It was a fantastic CRM with straightforward, efficient functionality. Simple to use and comparatively inexpensive compared to its rivals. The most straightforward approach to boost sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is also only an option to develop new reports if the pre-made ones are sufficient for your needs. Like, a whole second for a straightforward lookup slow. The provisioning of our account took almost a month. Each response from Zendesk support takes a few days. Last time, it took over a week to log back into our account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The dashboard, leads, contacts, deals, tasks, calendars, and reports are easy to navigate. You may configure your email settings to save all emails in the system, independent of their origin. It will capture this email and add it to your database even when you are emailing from your computer program.

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?

It includes a built-in phone system so I can quickly make all calls through my computer (and automatically track them). Because it's such an intuitive system, getting the chance to click around in the CRM and test out how I would set it up made it clear right away that it would be a great option. It automatically logs a significant portion of my activities, so I can skip taking notes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer support is outstanding. They usually respond immediately and concisely, even though I am a high-maintenance client. One of the past top CRM programs I've used and utilized is Zendesk Sell. It may also be used on mobile devices, which is beneficial occasionally. The mobile app is fantastic. The mobile app is flawless and has all the same features as the desktop version.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This couldn't meet our requirements. Our attempts to upgrade were met with resistance from customer service, and we were unable to personalize or interface with several third-party programs that are crucial to our business. We also encountered quite a few problems with the integrations we may carry out. There is no good way to report on lead sources, and there is no way to report on leads by the assignee.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We adore the app's straightforwardness of use. It has been beneficial in keeping track of sales and the tasks involved in completing transactions. Additionally, it's been fantastic for fostering collaboration and keeping everyone informed. It has a strong capability and is interesting to use. You can utilize the tool to significant effect even with a brief period of instruction.
