Tracks Gmail seamlessly
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?
Their free forever plan allows email tracking details of emails sent less than 24 hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Even with the limit of 40 events, allowing tracking details of Gmail sent can be very useful. This feature provided with the Yesware free forever plan.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Many receivers of Gmail might not be aware that their opening of Gmails is being tracked. While a Gmail user can always change the setting to not allow tracking, but by default, this tracking feature is enabled. Blame it on Google or Yesware, I believe this feature should be disabled by default.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the Yesware free plan even if you are not sure to subscribe to their 15$ per month subscription.
