What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Workday makes it very easy to get more data. It is constantly thriving to have features without having extra tools.The system provides lower cost while doing less more work in the system. Overall, an easy ATS system to use and I know lots of companies that use Workday.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday Recruiting is a single recruiting management solution that helps your team manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle from outreach to on-boarding. It helps you focus on the candidates VS the System.
What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday will significantly improve HR and Payroll compliance, reduce risk, provide better data for decision making, and increase efficiencies across the institution.

What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Its performance tracking feature, which I frequently use to keep track of goals and rate employees, is its best feature. Additionally, I can easily track my team's skill set thanks to the skills management features inside.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple to navigate to different time management aspects, getting a high level overview and more in-depth insights from views of time per week, vacation time, and weekly time to more precise time left, break times, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have never disliked anything. Sumtotal was previously used, but it was less thorough than this. So far, the workday is going well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday Talent management is the best tool for ATS, I have ever come across and I keep on hearing about it from the HR team.
