What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Ease of use for our users and the information/tools available to them

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it has helped streamline processes for us. Before workday we were using antiquated systems (paper time sheets and vacation requests). This had made the process much more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When employees request time off there should be a time frame that management has to respond.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will help your company streamline your payroll processes.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Adaptability is a challenge for many firms, and Workday stands out in this regard because it is a very user-friendly interface. I thought it was quite interactive compared to the MIS that my business previously used. Workday can, in my opinion, be coupled with a wide variety of outside applications. Additionally, it streamlines the internal hiring procedure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday HCM is a user-friendly platform with exceptional features and capabilities that is extremely affordable, very accessible, and perfectly synchronised with other talent management platforms, LMS, etc (you can do internal training if you have an LMS). With the help of this platform, you can quickly access data about personnel, talent acquisition, payroll, etc. It is simple to use, and I appreciate how robust and comprehensive a platform it is for conducting online training for all of my employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Several communications' downstream flow is a problem. The PECI will not select HR processes with multiple transactions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for HCM and must buy this tool
