I couldn't have hoped for more from a Product Tour

What differentiates Userpilot from other similar products?
We never had any kind of product tour to guide clients through the platform before Userpilot, which might have increased product adoption and independence in our dashboard. Our ability to highlight new announcements and deliver training in an efficient and scalable manner is made possible by Userpilot, and the branding customisation makes it appear as though it is a component of our platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product tours are what got me interested in Userpilot in the beginning, but what I really love about it is the customer experience. I felt like I had support at every stage of the process, from learning and onboarding to technical support. As a novice in the field of product marketing, the degree of flexibility and customization is very valuable. It's also great to be able to wring ideas from the system. A tool I never intended to use, the Resource Center, will also be launched because I'm excited to offer clients such a powerful capability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find it a little difficult to understand and navigate the analytics, especially when I want to see a breakdown of the users. Other than that, there are a few bugs here and there, but the team is very responsive, and any problems are resolved right away.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software, which was very efficient and simple to use, was used to evaluate how customers appeared on the platform and to explain use cases to customers.

What differentiates Userpilot from other similar products?
I have no experience with other products. I only know that UserPilot is very easy to use. You can quickly build onboarding tours, and make flows and help the user to understand our software and have a good first impression. It helps to create a better journey for our customers. And the UserPilot team is always there to help if needed! We get superfast replies, with very helpful explanations and recommendations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how I can create onboarding flows for our customers, which is very easy to do in UserPilot. It's also good for getting messages out to our clients about updates etc. instead of bothering them with more emails. And I like it that UserPilot tracks the engegement of our users, which gives me insight into how they use our software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not have any large complaints about Userpilot. The tool is easy to use and integration was straightforward. I like that the tool has more to offer than just onboarding experiences, but also to have data on customer behavior.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to reach out to your customers to help understand your software, and you would like to use an easy to use tool, than I can highly recommend UserPilot. It will help your customers, and so it will help you, to have a better experiences. We've had a lot of positive feedback from our users.
