What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

We have many employees who are part of a union, and they have very complex rules for pay and scheduling. Ukg pro is one of the few systems that can handle this complexity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that the system can automatically calculate the correct pay for overtime based on our union agreements. This saves us from so many manual calculations and potential mistakes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up all the union rules in the system was a very long and difficult project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have union employees, you need a powerful system like this.

With so many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it. Just be aware that some modules come with an extra cost.
