UKG Pro is an excellent system for organizations seeking global HCM solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects of UKG Pro are the community and the learning center. Not only is UKG Pro intuitive and constantly adapting to new business needs, but the system also helps to streamline business and HR processes in ways that are smart and effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is fairly simple once you grasp it, but the learning part can be overwhelming and complicated for newbies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Increase the responsiveness regarding open cases is the only recommendation I can think of (from my experience).
