I appreciate the robust functionality and versatility of UKG Pro. Its comprehensive suite of features, including payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance tracking, and performance management, enables me to manage all aspects of HR in one centralized location. The platform's scalability also means that it can accommodate the needs of our growing business, which is essential for long-term success

the steep learning curve for new users, and occasional issues with system glitches or downtime

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Provides a lot of features in just one place, but some of them remain shallow. It is good to start but requires customization to reach the required depth that a big company need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I just have to look into ultipro to find information and not in multiple softwares.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not provide managerial statistics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product that centralize workforce information. Access is simple and intuitive. Do not expect advanced features, this product provides a well done basic features, if you want advanced features you need to customize or find other product in the market, that most likely will not centralized information as Ultipro does.
