What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Customer service and the ability to do many of the set up/admin tasks yourself instead of waiting on the software company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

user friendly and fairly easy to administer within HR and without IT support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The compensation management module needs revamped to allow for complex bonus calculations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be clear on expectations with vendor on what you want and need. Ask for the help and time you need to be successful.
