What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

It's a powerful all-in-one customer service platform that improves your customer support and helps generate more sales. The easily accessible live chat widget makes your business available around the clock. AI-enabled chatbots engage your customers in real time so you can sell more. You can also connect Messenger, Instagram, live chat and email to multichannel Tidio and respond to all messages from one place, also on mobile devices. Easily integrates with all websites and platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Provides a communicator to a wide range of SMBs around the world. Thousands of businesses use Tidio to communicate with customers. As an added benefit, Tidio offers native email responses to chats; so if you're like me and don't have people monitoring the chat 24/7, you can receive a notification about an incoming chat and then respond through the chat window.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A little intimidating at first. I loved the visual generator of the chat bots, but at the same time I found it was still limited in certain areas, they don't offer multiple triggers for a bot; for example, if I want a bot to trigger on someone's first visit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Offers a very simple, clean, robust and customizable interface on both their backend and website that helps facilitate live chat support on a website, provides easy access to a visual authoring interface to customize and create bots that can be triggered to do virtually anything.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

The use of Tidio boosts happy consumers. Through the use of this instrument, sales and marketing initiatives may be streamlined and expanded automatically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to chatbots for websites, Tidio is without peer. It is both feature-rich and quite simple to implement. Both the consumer-facing and internal versions are highly polished, easy to use, and very adaptable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though it's a pain to use this tool when you're not connected to the internet, I haven't had any issues with it thus far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's simple to set up and operate, and the support team is quick to respond to any issues that may arise. The cost is reasonable when compared to similar programs. However, if you're looking for something more affordable that yet serves the same purposes, you have various choices.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

This software stands out from the crowd because of how easily it can be customized, how responsive the customer service team is, and how quickly our questions are answered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They provide a fantastic graphical user interface (GUI) for developing bots, which speeds up the development process. What I like most about the system is that it is a hybrid bot/live chat, so it can direct traffic to the desired channel. The lack of a middle ground between bot and live chat was something I noticed when using competing services. Having the option to send data to a third-party system is also helpful for data collection. In my opinion, the price is fair when compared to other services available on the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It gave me the freedom to develop a hybrid chatbot/live-chat solution, something that few other services were able to provide for me, at least within a reasonable price range.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like this app because it allows me to manage my correspondence with clients across multiple channels (chatbot, live chat, email, and text messages). I've found that using this app has helped me increase productivity, reduce customer wait times, and take on more clients.
