What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

Tidio was the first Live Chat feature we looked at and integrated. I was surprised how much it could do, it’s very intuitive for the price. It will most certainly increase productivity in our business

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The multi language feature! We have a French and German fully translated website so the ability to detect a users language is very helpful. Also, the ability to integrate with Facebook / Instagram Marketplace is very useful

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s really nothing I can think of!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It requires a lot of thought and setup to build a solution with Chatbots alone, so be mindful of that.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

After we tried several others Chat Tools, Tidio provided the best Price Performance Ratio and a lot of time savings in implementing it in one of our products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We built Chat-Bots with an ease which were easy to understand for all our Customer Support employees. So that they can configure it to our customer needs without needing a developer. Besides saving a lot of money for the configuration, our customers really love to interact with Tidio.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A WhatsApp and Telegram implementation would be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to use the pre-configured Chat-Bots. They mostly get the best results.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

The major thing which makes it better than all other products in the market is its integration time. It is so simple to integrate it with your web app. We can integrate it within a few minutes. It is a robust and amazing service. It has numerous pre-built live chat templates and we can choose among them according to our web app. It is a new way of generating leads from the traffic we are getting on our website. It has a simple easy to navigate interface which is missing in most of the other tools they provide a messy User Interface with which the user feels hard to interact.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like its user interface it is so simple and smooth that users will never deny interacting with it. It has wonderful documentation with the help of which we can set it up in minutes. It provides a lot of integrations like with Instagram and messenger which helps us a lot. It provides a beautiful admin panel with the help of which we can check our traffic and filter out the leads. It has a hybrid model of chatbot and live chats, and its chatbot is really amazing and engages the user. It provides instant notification if any user wants some assistance from the person.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't have many downsides as it provides the best service in the market as per my use case. But there are some things it can add which will be really helpful like adding customization features for the icon which will display on our website so that we can style it according to the other components of our website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would really recommend this product if you are looking for live chat or chatbot support for your online business. It is the best in the market and you can operate it with limited technical knowledge as well.
