What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how I can know in real-time in which page/section of the websites customers are visualizing which has enabled the sales team to provide suggestions and personalized experiences to any customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited documentation on chatbot workflows is available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Tiidio for me has been a no-brainer, since it provides an unlimited free trial for ut to 100 chatbot leads a month it's worth it to give it a try.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
It’s easier to navigate, intuitive and I can manage multiple accounts on the same platform. I can also see live visitors to my website and chat with them in real time without having to log into my website.

The ability to see and chat with live visitors on my website, collecting and converting my leads to buyers from just one app on my phone.

There’s really nothing to dislike. I haven’t had a bad experience.

Definitely set up prompts for your chatbot on your website and have ready scripts to connect with visitors.
