What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

Splunk makes use of the heavy forwarders and it can ingest vast amounts of data in comparison with other platforms. It has numerous benefits, and its reliability, load balancing features, redundancy, simplicity of configuration, ease of operation, user friendliness etc make it a joy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity to configure, and to use natural language programming and generative AI with ease of automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As increased data usage takes hold, costs rise steeply.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create a roadmap and list of objectives and goals so you can derive and optimise as many benefits as you can,

Splunk more easy to use and provide vendir support, also more widely used in many company,, we used it as SIEM also as centralized

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Out of the box features, also Scalability and performance and alerting, We used alerting to discover application issues and anomalies

What do you dislike most about this product?

All good but need to reconsider pricing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Splunk is great product it become standard to learn and experience and add a great value to your business operations
