What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?
Even though it offers many solutions, it occasionally moves slowly. However, altogether, it's the best we've worked on to manage our financials. We had to connect with the ServiceNow team to manage and do maintenance jobs to speed up the processing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since this is integrated to PowerBI, PowerBI users may view real-time data. The IT staff may automate the development and testing aspects of change management thanks to Servicenow Devops. We can build any report utilising its highly useful customised report feature, and we can even automate such reports using the scheduling option.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They must enhance their customer service to respond to inquiries from customers quickly so that we may complete our task on schedule. Additionally, because their software is expensive, many businesses do not use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because it offers a dashboard that I can customise to my convenience, it helps me keep track of my daily tasks and Tickets that have been waiting in my bin for a while. across order to discover how to troubleshoot an unfamiliar task, I may also search an issue across the entire organisation and the knowledge base using global search.
