The unique feature in ServiceNow app Engine is that i am able to control access for the apps i create, so when we create an app that should be used only by a select group of people like top management in our company, we can ensure that only those authorized are able to access. This ensures the safety of our data enables efficiency of oir business operations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it enables even people with no coding experience to build apps simply and easily, i like the drag abd drop feature which allows me to simply pick the features i want for my app and just drop them into the design, so i dont have to write code during the app development process, this has accelerated this process and allowed us to reduce costs associated with app development.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer support is a bit slow at responding to our issues, they should improve on this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product has helped us improve our business operations by creating custom apps that enable efficiency and improved productivity. Its a good solution since even IT people with no coding knowledge are able to build apps using ServiceNow app. For this benefits i would recommend this product to all IT teams that need to build apps faster and easily.
