What differentiates Sendoso from other similar products?

They have a huge fulfillment network and partnerships with lots of gifting companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's fairly easy to use once you figure it all out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do feel like the cost to package and send gifts is pretty expensive, but we pay for convenience of not having a warehouse or needing to go to the delivery offices ourselves. The UI feels very old still and hasn't changed much since I first used the tool in 2017.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works really well for Enterprise companies if you're using it beyond just fulfilling advocate gifts - AMB campaigns, mailers, holiday gifts, etc. but not sure if it's worth it for a smaller organization.

What differentiates Sendoso from other similar products?

Sendoso helps me open doors and start conversations with the right business people who fit my company's product needs. Being able to easily offer and send gifts helps us fill our pipeline and retain our existing customers. It facilitates the management of the sales team and their shipments. When managing a marketing campaign, the CSM is available and quick to help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allow potential consumers to select the type of eGift they want (ie Amazon, Target, DoorDash, etc.). Option to have our own inventory for custom and branded items. Increases retention rate. Live tracking updates. Notifications when packages are shipped and delivered. We don't have to do expense reports on our sales team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a bit of a learning curve. Update consistency could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sendoso makes gift giving easy and in today's climate, a little goes a long way. From a marketer's perspective, you want giveaways for leads and customers to be easy and trackable. Sendoso fills that need and your team has been great to partner with for ideas and support so far.
