Ability to create highly customized decks through Livedocs technology with dozens of variables to create a seamless experience for end users. Modern analytics experience with ability to build your own dashboards and set up alerts for important insights, shared with any user. Top customer success team that's responsive, helpful, innovative and overall great to work with. Good Sales experience as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very intuitive for end users, no explanation needed for them to get started and leverage content effectively. Landing pages make it easy to organize dense information and ensure our reps get a complete picture of important topics, along with related assets & training materials.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Suite integration has improved and can continue to become better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a clear strategy for organizing your content (folder structure / tagging) to make implementation easier along with ongoing maintenance of content / holding content owners accountable.
