What differentiates Salesforce Email Studio from other similar products?

It has a really good customer support services and the customer service is very helpful. It helps with all the problems and they deal with problems very professionally. It also has really good features for customising the software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can be automated easily as it has many automation functions. It can also be used to created dynamic emails that are really helpful in data collection. One can change the email template to whatever they want which is also a very big plus point as it allows one to use their imagination and create smooth and good looking emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to use and its user interface is lacking. It is also hard to share reports between multiple companies using this software. It is also costly,thereby making it in optimal for small businesses,though once mastered it is really helpful in many cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend it to large and medium sized businesses.

affordability to both large and small scale businesses, easy to use even for amatures, well structured templates, less paper work, among many others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the best part is the timely delivery reports, improving the business through regular polls and feedbacks, low cost of campayns, low physical workforce thus more profits, increased markrts for goods and products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

oohh no dislikes. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i would tell someone to employ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio because it is good for business but also cost effective in equal measures.

as much as the market if full of marketing softwares, the fact that Salesforce is easy to use, affordable by all levels of business, automated services are amazing, regular analytics and reports, timely feedback, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio has been a major contribution to the success of the institution by not only increasing the sales but also, customers trust has grown to desired levels, ability to trace emails has made it easy to do reports in terms of our markets. Our customers are able to receive newspapers on our goods and products. Customers are able to review our products with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is an amazing product. Therefore, no dislikes.
