What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Robin is a platform where you can customize your office map and can give a modern look. As soon as someone books a room or desk in your office it will automatically update in the map and everyone can see that. During Covid-19 pandemic it helped us to arrange desks or seats with proper distance. Users can update their health status before coming to office and it will release the desk once you take your leave. You can filter and search the room best for your meeting with required amenities. By check-in you can keep your meeting live from cancellation. Set policies on things like meeting duration and how far in advance space can be booked.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike this product. It is great product with lots of features to make your day-to-today job simple. Admins can customize the seat arrangements, charts through which users can directly book their seat without any approval. With Intuitive dashboard admins can check which spaces are used and why. It allows unlimited users to be added in your company and gives access according to their roles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While testing and implementing we have found this very helpful. Here you can plan for your future meetings with integration of Google Calendar. It helps to get more from the space you have and use intelligent data for future expansions. It is best among all similar products as per my experience. It keeps your calendar clean and manage your schedule in once place by which it prevents double bookings and scheduling headaches as well. I don't think that it can compete with other popular products in this category but it makes your work easier with it's easy to use features, interface and skills. Robin makes it easy for your workplace teams to understand and manage space inventory from meeting room booking to office seating charts and desk reservations. It provides users painless experience in booking as space for them. It is very much informative, user friendly and has comprehensive dashboard to control all activities. Room schedule management, Abandoned meeting protection, data export and many more features which differentiates Robin from it's competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As an IT support specialist I have a pleasant experience while implementing this tool in our company. It fulfills our space management needs. You can add unlimited employees of your company as users here and can give custom roles with access. As it is informative it helps you to understand and optimize how your spaces are used. Admins with every users can see which rooms are booked and what activities are going on. You can schedule the meetings with calendar and can invite users to them. With Abandoned meeting protection, It asks users to check-in before given timeline otherwise the meeting room will be available for other users.

During integration experience was excellent. Their support team and technical team are very much responsive to your concerns. So i have nothing to dislike this product.

Robin has a user friendly interface which makes users easy to book rooms within a moment from their devices. It makes all processes automated to reduce manual bookings and errors. You will get real-time updates on booked rooms and available rooms for your requirement. You can book your desk in your office also as per your comfort. You can see who are beside your desk and can customize the time for the booking. You can set policies as per your company to rooms, desks that who can access to rooms and who can book desks from different areas of the office.Once you booked it will notify you and once you checked-in it will be reserved till the time
What do you dislike most about this product?
Robin takes user's feedback seriously and work on the same. Once I had an issue with errors in filter and I gave the feedback to Robin's support team and within a couple of minutes issue resolved and I got confirmation on the same immediately which impressed me.
