What differentiates Pepperi B2B eCommerce from other similar products?

Pepperi represents a comprehensive and centralized solution for those companies that have the need to sell their items through a B2B platform, maintaining the security of users and helping to constantly promote the sales of products, all managed from the mobile or pc. The omnichannel sales system allows us to make offers based on our stocks and products, and taking into account the needs of customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pepperi is a very configurable tool that allows us to adapt it with other integrations keeping our operations centralized and in one place, which makes it more comfortable and productive at all times. Updates to our products and services are very easy to do, just a few clicks and we will make the change we need in that part of our item. For customers it is very easy to place orders and keep track of them through this way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The sales graphs per item could be improved a bit more and provide more detailed information on what is happening with the sales. I find the iPad app very different to use from the web version which requires some time to adapt to. There are often performance problems when the product catalogs are very large, causing further segmentation of products and classifying them in other ways.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pepperi is an interesting option to start in the world of omnichannel sales through this B2B platform, the customization options are quite interesting, the reports can be improved and the costs are healthy as far as it goes, aimed at small businesses that need to boost their sales in the electronic market which is quite important in this technological age, easy to use and very intuitive.

What differentiates Pepperi B2B eCommerce from other similar products?

The program is extremely easy to use and intuitive. Pepperi has increased efficiency in the field 10 fold and I love having so much customer data at my fingertips 24/7. The customer service is fantastic and they really listen and try to meet our company's needs, even to the point of adjusting aspects of the software based on our requests. It is very nice to work with a software developer that is motivated to constantly improve their product and is so supportive of their customers. In a matter of 6 months, the company experienced growth in sales, including lesser known products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quick to implement, excellent price-features ratio, easy to administer, simple SQL-driven integration, excellent customer support. Great product, iPad and Android, fully considered integration architecture and an expert implementation and support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its back-end is difficult to configure. Does not allow you to enter multiple discounts and promotions. Has very serious synchronization issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Pepperi team is always willing to help and improve their tool, it is clear that there is a lot of research on their part on how to innovate and keep the tool updated with new features. The best thing for us was their flexibility that allowed us to do all the things we were looking for and is now enabling innovation. you can easily set up everything you need for your sales force. There are many features that you can implement after the first implementation, so it becomes a continuous upgrade.

What differentiates Pepperi B2B eCommerce from other similar products?

It is a software that we use so that our sales agents who are out of the office have an updated catalog, easy to use and that allows them to efficiently serve all customers. I love it because from the mobile we can have all the information of our products, stock and inventory, avoiding that we sell products that are out of stock.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its product catalog is very easy to use and the images are displayed with excellent quality. It has an inventory management where we can quickly add or remove products that are no longer in stock, as well as add the number of products remaining, new images and more details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software can be a little complicated to set up at first, especially with the uploading of information to the system; it would be much easier if there was a way to have all the information copied more automatically and less manually. I would like all the functions of the system to be available offline, although it is helpful to be able to log into the program without internet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a program designed for all agents who are out of the office and need a virtual catalog, from the mobile, with access to quality images. Thanks to this program our sales have increased and our agents report that they are pleased with the program, that is why we do not hesitate to recommend it to all sales companies of all sizes.
