What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

Pendo enables us to determine which features function and which do not. This enables us to more efficiently prioritize product implementation and engineering time in order to address the issues that are most important to our customers. To compare our users' behavior with all guides, pages, and feature metrics at the same time. It enables us to compile a report that can lead us to a conclusion that leaves consumers unharmed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pendo enables us to broaden our insights in order to better understand what our consumers are doing throughout our product experience. NPS surveys and product analytics on a SaaS platform combine to provide a highly strong platform that can help us enhance user adoption while also leading product teams to better understand and analyze user behavior. Fantastic Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Service Process - The Pendo team has been outstanding from start to finish. Useful insights into how our clients utilize our platform, with the results already influencing future product cycles.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Custom editing capabilities in guide editor mode are limited in comparison to the guide's rudimentary tools. What I don't see is the animation transition when the guide is presented or appears on the items. If you're thinking about utilizing Pendo, I'd recommend checking out Feedback as soon as you start using Insights.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn how to use the software effectively, build from less to more, and get your peers to adopt it quickly to reap its full benefits.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

With Pendo, you can effectively drive development by assisting your users in maximizing the benefit of your product. It integrates retroactive usage metrics, in-app advice, and feedback management tools under a single umbrella so you can increase employee productivity, promote software adoption, and become a product-led organization. Without creating a single line of code, you may complete the entire task at scale.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When compared to other platforms, the ability to examine insights retroactively on newly marked features and pages is a significant game-changer and an excellent resource for historical data comparison. Particularly if you have any front-end web experience, tagging is simple and straightforward to master. Guidelines are a very powerful feature that offers a plethora of chances to acquire customer feedback and target visitors with important information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool's worst point, in my opinion, is the track events feature, which entails manually sending tracking events. Utilizing that data can be rather laborious because it is not as well developed as that of the rest of the ensemble. The guide section might use some expansion, and occasionally you might want to be able to create more robust guides without having to deal with Javascript.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pendo eliminates the guesswork involved in determining which existing features our consumers use frequently, which new ones they actually use, and which features they wish were available. The team can gain clear insights into what was effective and what needs more improvement by giving you the means to obtain statistics on product adoption and continuous usage fairly readily.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

We have found it quite helpful to monitor how our NPS and PMF score change from quarter to quarter. Pendo helps almost every department in our company, whether it's the Product, Customer Success, Marketing, or Sales teams. Pendo offers an in-depth analysis of how our consumers use our product, including the pages they visit, the features they use, and the length of time they spend using our app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is simple to configure, you can go live in minutes, and the reporting tools are excellent. Along with gathering NPS scores, we also use it to communicate with and get feedback from our clients. It accomplishes the job perfectly. I adore that we can include announcements for events and training in our software for our customers. It's excellent to have another avenue, as emailing them occasionally only sometimes attracts their attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additionally, it helps to have a basic understanding of CSS and JS. If you don't have it, you frequently need to interact with your company's engineers to properly categorize features and pages, mainly if your app uses distinct instances (or sites) for each client. The same goes for testing features that don't use the same CSS across all of your app's versions regarding guiding activation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We adore the information we have learned about our users and now know much more about what they do when using our applications. Additionally, Pendo has made it quite simple to communicate with our customers, particularly during times of need. We are providing ALL members of our company with the knowledge they need to perform their duties.
