What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

Very quick and easy to get kick-started on to the platform, time to go live is the fastest I have seen

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

New features and updates come very often Their customer support team is pretty good the UI is very intuitive and helps self guide in so many ways

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not very customizable, some limitations in terms of use the in-app messaging system isn't that great lack of mobile support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kindly give a shot at the trial version once to get full insights Also, discuss with internal teams if they're ok with something new vs traditional software that does the same things
