What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

It assists me in recruiting participants for research studies based on real use of a feature in our products and websites. These research projects help us make product direction choices, and ensuring that the individuals who participate use the product gives us more trust in our results. Monitoring and increasing product adoption to achieve a higher retention rate, including exposing potential cancellation threats, also helps me demonstrate ROI to my clients by displaying user adoption patterns. Furthermore, the reporting tools assist me in identifying sections of my site where people spend the most time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to design a guide based on a template so that we can do user experience research surveys without having to code. It's simple to create something that looks professional, asks pointed questions, and yields meaningful information. I particularly enjoy that use is tracked in the past, and that the dashboard views or the option to split users/accounts based on various criteria are really strong. The finest insights in Pendo are the capabilities for tracking users to my site, where I can rapidly identify power users and discover use trends, which truly helps me gauge user adoption and highlight areas for training attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have struggled at times with how to effectively leverage Pendo's broad features for our unique use cases, both on a micro and large scale. Pendo, on the other hand, has been working hard to provide case studies from which we may draw inspiration, as well as extra support resources that give more insight on best practices. Once the reports are generated, they are simple to utilize; however, making them can be difficult; this could be due to our specific system, but getting things started takes time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pendo addresses two major issues: user onboarding/support in the application and data. Both are essential for our CX team to execute new releases, support them, and determine their success. We have data insights, and we collect a lot of information about our customers through behavior monitoring, surveys, and NPS, which we utilize to influence our CX and product roadmaps, as well as assess the performance of our communications.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

It is quite complete unlike other tools that work with similar characteristics, this system allows you to have data on the products but in addition to that it offers a customer service for better internal operations, also the interface of this solution is quite configurable and quick to understand even for those who don't know it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like is that it has a system that allows real-time data on customer behavior with the applications, as well as allows data on trends throughout all time, it is a tool with functions quite developed and reliable for those who require a system that is also configurable to the brand

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no efforts that have not gone well, I like it and for the moment I have no criticism

It allows to have data of the experiences that the products generated in the consumers, in order to have more precise data.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

It is an excellent tool for user analysis and understanding of the experience in real time; Through this tool, we can view real-time recordings of user sessions, track events, collect contextual information, and much more. An implicit advantage of is its ease of use; Deployment is simple and does not require specialized technical knowledge, making it accessible to teams of all sizes

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I also love the integration with other data analysis tools and the ability to create heatmaps and funnels to better understand user behavior. Furthermore, the ease of use and intuitive interface make it a very accessible and effective tool for any marketing or UX/UI team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We would like you to improve the compatibility with some e-commerce platforms, as we have had problems integrating it with our online stores.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

These are generally small suggestions to improve the platform, but overall we are very pleased with and its ability to provide us with valuable insights into the user experience on our website.
