The What's New section of the guides needs the most updating as they continue to expand and work to convert users to the new Visual Design Studio. If they can make these guides available as soon as possible in the new Visual Design Studio, it will be simpler to switch and more likely to stick in organizations. A better workflow in the designers would allow me to avoid editing the item's default components even though I don't always want to do so. Our business uses Pendo.io to monitor how our customers are using our software. The Client Success team uses Pendo.io primarily, but the entire company has access to the data and depends on it for usage information. Depending on the department, we use the Usage data to help us make decisions about our products, increase customer adoption, look at trends for similar clients, and spot potential upsell opportunities. deploys an NPS survey directly from our app, and then Pendo.io tracks the results. We run our own NPS survey within our software, and Pendo receives the results right away. Pendo offers a source to store this data for analysis.
