What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
community is a feature that I enjoy. It's a way to blast announcement to the employees, celebrate milestones and recognition. I haven't seen this feature in other systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Community, impression and that fact you can automate lots of features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting, it change and make is a bit hard to edit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's an easy system to work with had lots of features. They do listen to recommendations and update when needed. I've been with Paylocity under two companies now and have seen how different each company uses Paylocity. I say go full blown with all the features so that new hires workflow gets processed seamless, and you can automate a lot of the features.

Paylocity can be an all in one solution for all your HR needs, employee records, recruiting, performance management,, time keeping records, community - and more all with one log in- its a great solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to handle all my HR needs in one area.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the customization of modules i s hindered by overcomplication.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paylocity can be a pricey solution but if you can fully engage in all the modules, you will be happy with the investment.
