What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
Our human resources processes are fully integrated into a single software platform. They handle everything from open enrollment to onboarding to payroll to regulatory reporting. It's easy to learn and use the system. You can count on prompt, no-cost assistance at any time. Paylocity also provides in-depth product and service training.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It ensures uniformity across the board for all new hires, wherever they may be. Benefits. Our initial representative was not helpful in upgrading our premiums. The second representative we spoke with took the initiative to look for the Paylocity information/knowledge document after our call and provide it to us via email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Problems appear for no apparent reason, and it takes development teams weeks to investigate and report back with a solution. Until you chance to look for it, you probably won't realize that there was a problem weeks ago.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recently found out that our company has a benefits portal where we can go to make changes to our premiums all in one location. Instead of manually updating each worker, where more room for error exists, the system updates everyone at once.

Its ease of use. Access to manage payroll and benefits accounts is easy and hassle-free. The technical support is excellent, with a team of professionals available to answer questions without problems. The ease of use of Paylocity is very high. It is intuitive to use, with a user-friendly interface and many features. This means that you can quickly learn how to use Paylocity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Paylocity is an excellent payroll software solution that offers recruiting consultants powerful tools to simplify the recruiting process and help them make better decisions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paylocity is an efficient payroll solution with many tools to help the recruiting process. The software offers many features such as a recruiting portal, recruiting resource center, candidate screening, and much more.
