What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Through a comprehensive, linked, and scalable CRM solution, Oracle CX Sales, a component of the Oracle Cloud CX package, strives to give richer customer data to assist salespeople be more effective. A system of recommendations called Oracle CX Sales directs and prescribes the optimal course of action.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how the software is set up and its user interface. It makes using and getting to the features you need simple. We frequently use the application to manage vendor relationships and retrieve Purchase Orders where I work in eCommerce. Using Visual Builder or PaaS solutions, we create custom pages. CPQ, Supply Chain, and other Oracle solutions can be integrated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For a typical sales rep, searching for records is exceedingly challenging. To determine whatever, record set, the salespeople would have to know at which level of visibility. The search choices are not very flexible or user-friendly for salespeople on the street.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In terms of what it accomplishes as a relationship management system, this tool is simple to use. The product can be customized by the user to match their needs, including features that are generally reserved for paying services provided by the seller.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Oracle CX Sales was a breath of fresh air, considering we got a 360 overview of customer data in one place. Configuring products and improving collaboration with customers, Pricing and quote management are some of the best features. Ease integration with tools like Salesforce CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Some features are complex to use for new sales team members and require some user training; hence the product can be more intuitive. Have to improve the UI interface and Dashboard accuracy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI/UX and feature set can be complex for beginners and those who haven’t experienced an entire sales lifestyle. The product has a lot of intricacies and has to be carefully used so that data is not corrupted and the flow of information is accurate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent as a customer relationship management tool, sales forecasting, building better sales plan for the entire deal lifecycle using critical and complex data, a 360-degree comprehensive view of vendors.
