It automates all sales-related operations, saving time throughout the sales process. It allows sales representatives to automate reminders and follow-up emails without losing their personal touch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The CRM is a paperless sales system. Reps can connect it to their local and online databases in a variety of ways, with all data displayed on a dynamic dashboard that is accessible from any device. The same dashboard tracks and records important metrics about customer behavior.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle's social CRM features, enabling social engagement and monitoring of audience comments, are not competitive with other offerings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It automates daily sales tasks, converts website visitors into qualified leads, allows for the management, viewing, and tracking of customer accounts from a shared database for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Simply because of the modules available, Oracle CX Sales was a complete solution. With a 360-degree view of our customers' data in one location, Oracle CX Sales was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the products we researched and the internal solutions we had, including preserving data on excel and access databases. It is a one-stop shop for a whole sales team to handle each and every step of the whole sales lifecycle because pricing, sales force automation, customer data management, and Oracle CPQ are all included under one roof.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For our employees, customers, suppliers, and partners, we desired a comprehensive sales solution. For our team, we wanted to automate our sales force and make sure they had the greatest AI/ML solution built into the platform so that data could be used more effectively and they would receive intelligent push alerts. Planning for the full sales lifecycle was aided by the sales planning and performance management modules. In particular, performance management was helpful in creating a baseline and assessing the sales team. The product might be more straightforward because several functions are difficult for new members of the sales team to utilise and require some user training. To give the overall product a more contemporary feel and user-friendly interface, perhaps the Oracle CX Sales team should take inspiration from contemporary UI/UX examples.

Excellent as a tool for managing customer relationships, sales forecasting, and creating stronger sales plans for the entirety of transaction lifecycles using crucial and complex data. It also provides a 360-degree, detailed perspective of vendors, partners, and customers. maintaining high standards and consistency in pricing to make bids appealing to potential clients. In the end, this is a great tool for closing sales while having access to the information you need in one location.
