What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?

NinjaOne has an incredible patching system in comparison to similar products, the patching is about as automated as it possibly could be and further to this NinjaOne is very fast and I'm yet to see a glitch. We also use ConnectWise Automate in other national offices and I must say that I personally prefer NinjaOne for this reason.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product as mentioned above is the seamless automated patching that makes our life just that little bit easier. Further to this the software itself is very intuitive, secure and reliable. The remote access tools do a great job also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the network monitoring aspect isn't as good as other products but I have a lot of confidence in NinjaOne and can see that being improved in the future.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product as an automated patcher/ centralized endpoint management software over most products that claim to do the same thing.

What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?

I have been using NinjaOne for about 4 years now. They listen to their customers. There is always an open forum for ideas. Support is always helpful even with the "stupid" questions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the automation and that you can customize the automation to fit your specific needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is always room for improvement with any product. I don't have any major dislike just a couple of things that can be improved. That said NinjaOne is always working to improve their product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo other products. You probably won't find another RMM that has the depth of built in features that NinjaOne has in their product

Ability to use not one, but 2 different remote access platforms

Ease of patch management for desktop and servers

I cant update common patch alerts on the org level

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Allowing updates to patching/alerts via the org level to endpoints sharing the same alert.
