What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Microsoft Team you will experience extra features of communications with better focus on your work. You don,t have to waste your time going through an inbox that contains message send by everyone about every things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the file structures of the Microsoft Team may confuse its users. If you are editing a document in Word and and you want to share it with your team members, you must have to share it via E-mail. There is no option to send it via Team chat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft team enhances your team work experiences. It provides a lot of additional features that other software don’t provide. You can make your team work better using Microsoft Team.

Instant messaging is provided by this application. Users’ can send scheduled messages to other people, start voice and video calls when needed. It provides easy accessibility on mobile and desktop which allows users’ to work and communicate accordingly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best features is document sharing function in this application. Users’ can share their work through this application and does not require any other application for this work. Video and audio quality is excellent without any bugs or errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Screen sharing contains errors and bugs which is irritating for the users’. This disrupts the meeting of the users’. The functionalities in mobile application are not user-friendly. The mobile application is not flexible and simple enough for the user to understand and due to this the user face difficulty using it. It does not offer a free trial version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This application allows users’ to communicate in a group, and that includes their messages, voice-messages and video calls. This is a great feature which is not offered by other applications. Users’ when want to interact in a small group, this feature is quiet helpful.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The platform provides a free access to every Microsoft Account holder and the virtual meeting can be hosted for 100 participants, whereas the paid users have the right to conduct meeting with 300 participants.MS teams has tools and features like internal social networking’s, file storage and Integration of information systems applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides a high standard of customization due to its integration option as MS App Source has brought together the different apps from different fields like sale, project management and inventory etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

MS Teams consumes storage unnecessarily. The MS Teams software is not flexible, it has limited the flexibility of the team and channels, once you create the team it will not let any changes occur (like adding a new participant), the overall structure of the file management is quite confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MS Team has for surely improved itself but it is not ideas for the organizations and individuals depending on videoconferences. Its complexity my get them confuse and increase work load.
