What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Micorosoft Teams is really an innovation in the world of IT. COmpared to previous apps that i used, Teams has been more intuitive and easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video conferencing part and the built in noise cancellation are my favorite aspects of MS Teams. I;m a gamer so i have noise cancelling headphones but whenever in a rush and i need to use my generic earphones, the built in MS Teams noice cancellation is a life saver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some features that are available in the desktop app but are nowhere to be found on the Web App or are slated for a later release.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go switch to Office 365/MS Teams now. The transition would be easy

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products is that it delivers all of the features that a business may need (file management, instant messaging, audio and video conferencing, collaboration tools, etc.) all in one package. Other vendors may also have these, but those tools exist separately from each other even if they do interact (i.e. Google Meet, Google Chat, Google Drive).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects of this product would be its file management system that allows our team to collaborate with each other when using the same documents and the fact that the instant messenger allows us to use GIFs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about the product is the unintuitiveness of the Search function which doesn't help me narrow my searches as it tries to widen it instead every time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest that other companies considering this product try to grasp the suite of features that it provides. If and when they decide to use it, do make sure to make full use of it by using all of the available features and leaving no stone untouched.
