What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products is that it delivers all of the features that a business may need (file management, instant messaging, audio and video conferencing, collaboration tools, etc.) all in one package. Other vendors may also have these, but those tools exist separately from each other even if they do interact (i.e. Google Meet, Google Chat, Google Drive).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects of this product would be its file management system that allows our team to collaborate with each other when using the same documents and the fact that the instant messenger allows us to use GIFs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about the product is the unintuitiveness of the Search function which doesn't help me narrow my searches as it tries to widen it instead every time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest that other companies considering this product try to grasp the suite of features that it provides. If and when they decide to use it, do make sure to make full use of it by using all of the available features and leaving no stone untouched.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is easy to use and allows the ability to integrate with Outlook which is a great feature. You can schedule a teams meeting via outlook.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The instant messaging is a great feature to have. It helps you stay connected to co-workers even when you aren't in the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Aside from the normal connection issues that any platform would experience, nothing!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Microsoft Teams over any other video conferencing software.

Seamless access to all Microsoft applications and so easy to learn and add new features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It made us able to move to work from home quickly and practically with no impact to work and functionality

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will make your team effective at working remotely like no other application out there. It can be helpful to direct teams on what to use when - chat is best for short communications, teams is for project management, longer communications are most effective still via a call or an email (or both)
