What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Easy integration with Active Directory and Windows environments as well as Apple and Android devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's plug-ins. We recently added a plug in for our organization chart making it easy to see who reports to who when chatting with other employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The file download/sharing process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out. Teams is a great solution.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Micorosoft Teams is really an innovation in the world of IT. COmpared to previous apps that i used, Teams has been more intuitive and easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video conferencing part and the built in noise cancellation are my favorite aspects of MS Teams. I;m a gamer so i have noise cancelling headphones but whenever in a rush and i need to use my generic earphones, the built in MS Teams noice cancellation is a life saver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some features that are available in the desktop app but are nowhere to be found on the Web App or are slated for a later release.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go switch to Office 365/MS Teams now. The transition would be easy
