What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Voice calls and audio are both great even when used on mobile devices. Microsoft Teams is integrated with Office 365, making sharing files and documents easy unlike other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the best part that its bot and tab features really allow the developer to take their part of the web application and show it in groups. It's a great concept and a step ahead of zoom and other things for the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first, accessing is a bit confusing how to create meetings and groups, especially if the meeting needs an outside person, the options will be easier to make learning faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a team communication and collaboration solution, Microsoft Teams is the best solution, it's more than just a communication app, you can do multiple activities at one place and share with your team and manager's friends.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The most important feature of meetings in Microsoft Teams is that we can keep track of a recurring event using the calendar, which becomes especially useful when we are in the middle of a busy schedule. In addition to online meetings, we can chat specifically with a specific person as well as create a group chat in this software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Documents shared as media are relatively easy to open and view. The picture quality of the video is one of the best. Moreover, the introduction of emojis allows faster interaction between members in a group chat or meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to audio, the sound heard from the speaker and the sound carried by the microphone will fluctuate especially during a large meeting. Again, there are often latency issues in face-to-face meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is a well known product in an IT industry. Every organization needs an collaboration tool and Teams is always the great choice.
