The integration with so many application and within Microsoft application is mind blowing.

Integration, Alerting, Video-conferencing and ease of using the application is fantastic

It needs very good bandwidth to easily access all the 3rd party integration

If you are using Microsoft 0365 then Microsoft teams is 100% go to application for UCaaS and Video-conferencing application
