What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Team is an all in one suite that provides great functionality and integration with the Microsoft Suite of applications and allows real time updates and collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the chat feature where I can collaborate in real time and work much more quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is sometimes a lag in receiving messages and emails where I would like to see them in real time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product to anyone in a large company that is collaborating with many others at the same time as this product checks all the boxes.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is a great tool as it provides the users with the flexibility to use it on any device and also seamlessly(most of the time) switch between the devices during an ongoing call/meeting. Teams also has a great set of focus/productivity related features which help the users setup a focus time for them and not get disturbed by the notifications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless switching between the various devices with one device to use the audio and the other for video or screen sharing is the best use case scenario for me as sometimes when one of my devices is lagging due to multi-tasking or using a heavy application, I can reduce the load by shifting the audio and video to another device and use the primary one for screen sharing only.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft teams is notoriously slow when it comes to updating there existing feature sets or bringing in something new. There is an ongoing issue in which the windows systems tend to get muted and the user is not allowed to turn on the microphone again. This switch issue is going on for a while now but the product team has provided no such update

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft teams is an amazing product as it provides a lot of flexibility and mobility features which are not that in other instant messaging or video conferencing tools
